Patient Record Report
The Patient Record Report compiles a detailed extract of the patient record within a specified date range in an Excel format.
As this may include the complete patient record, you must enter a password before running this report. This password is required to open the Excel report.
All compiled reports are saved to the following folder: P:\Extract\$Patient Record

Based on the Full Patient record, a Word format encounter report.

SmartTags
There is also a Microsoft Word SmartTag document that also provides a Full Patient Record. This has no date range option. It simply creates a complete extract of the whole patient record.
Save the file to a folder anywhere in P:\Wordproc\template and as long as you have SmartTags set up it automatically compiles the data from Consultation Manager - Add - Correspondence when selecting this document.
Helpline can assist in setting up SmartTags if required, for example, if it doesn't work when you try to open it.
